Aware (RIP) was an American artist and graffiti writer who is often associated with the political street art group, Indecline. He was also co-founder of Bumfights which they started and later sold the rights to for 1.5 million. AWARE's work and skull moniker is displayed around the world and often contains social and political themes. As a founding member of the art collective Indecline, his worked surpassed typical graffiti to be better classified as American contemporary art, street art and activism. Despite his early and untimely passing, his art can still be found on freight trains, stickers and merch all over the globe.
