RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your purchase! If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please make sure to reach out to us via the contact form and let us know how we can try and help.

Sticker Museum Returns:

  • We only accept returns for items purchased directly from the Sticker.Museum website. Please return all other items to the original place of purchase.

  •  Please note that orders shipped to an international address are not eligible for return. For questions, please reach out to us with our Contact Us form. 

  • Your item(s) must be unopened in the condition received and in the complete original packaging or else your domestic return will not be accepted due to the failure to comply with our return policy.

  • Your return request must be submitted via our Contact form and must be initiated no later than 30 days after the original purchase date. Any purchases after 30 days from order date will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

For assistance with initiating a refund, please utilize our Contact Us form but first please be sure to refer to below as well as visit our FAQ page for additional information.

Sticker Museum Refunds:

  • We only process refunds for items purchased directly from the Sticker.Museum website. Please note all other items will need to be returned to their original place of purchase.

  • To initiate a refund, first your item(s) must be sent back to us unopened in the condition received and in the complete original packaging or else your refund can not be processed nor accepted due to failure to comply with our return & refund policy.

  • Please note that while we do not accept exchanges, if you want to purchase another product after your return has been accepted, that is more than reasonable and can be accommodated.

  • Please make sure you contact us to let us know that you are requesting a refund and note the tracking number for your records and obtain a receipt as proof of mailing.

  • Please allow a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks for a refund request to be processed once it has been received. We’ll send you an email notification when we process your refund.
