David “Chino” Villorente aka Chino BYI is the old-school graffiti artist and subsequent historian of classic New York graffiti culture around the world. Dave Chino is famous for his letters designs. He is one of the few writers from the Style Wars era still involved with the scene decades later. A casual stroll through NYC today and you will spot a Chino sticker, often completed in his signature chisel-tip handstyle.
